Cheap to run , great looking, classic e30
65,000 miles, 2 Door Saloon, Petrol, Manual. ONLY 65,000m! garaged E30 and only used as a commuter to work for a year.
Really reliable cheap car to run and appreciate in value. Colour coded bumpers and wing mirrors, cross spoke alloys, tools in boot and full service history. Interior immaculate, body not concourse condition but close - if it was at this mileage it would be at least £1k more. Real head turner, great driving car.
No rust on wheel sills, small patches of bubble rust on front bumper sill nr wheels, minor chips & rust on bonnet (which can be easily and cheaply resolved),
Restoration so far (with receipts)
- new exhaust system
- new front disks and pads
- wing and respray
New daughter forces sale, really gutted to let it go but it's best given to someone who will further look after it and restore it. This car has had over £3,000 spent on it needs probably another £500 spent on it to bring it to concourse condition hence the price. These cars are going up in price, so It will be £500 well spent. Previous owner put white dials in the dashboard which is not to everyone's taste and they should probably be put back to originals at some point.
Really economical drive, nice smooth acceleration, engine sound is superb when accelerating. If you want a real 80's retro buzz, that will turn heads, but that wont break the bank- I do not think you can beat a red BMW e30. A future classic that will only appreciate. Taxed & MOT with full service history and paperwork. I will try to post pictures of paperwork here.
