BMW 320 M-Sport 2004.
There are many 3 series for sale which claim to be M-sport models but most have only a couple of the M-sport options, this example has the full M-Sport package:

This car drives really well, the suspension has lost none of the suppleness and remains firm yet able to absorb the variable quality of British roads.
The steering is responsive and direct, you can almost think this car around bends.The typical BMW 50/50 weight distribution makes for superb balance and handling.
The gearbox is yet another delight, smooth and precise through all of its 5 gears, it is a joy to block change in this car.
The straight 6 really is superb, quiet and smooth, as chirpy as a Sparrow on a winters morning. A motoring classic.
There are no rattles or squeaks and all the doors shut with a reassuring thud.
