Hi , welcome to my auction for my BMW 335i.

Those thinking about buying a BMW 335i, 335xi or 135i pay attention to this.

  BMW has  been hit up with a lawsuit in regards to high pressure fuel pump (HPFP) and twin turbo system. If you are not familiar with what this issue is, essentially the fuel pump will stop working while the car is running with the end result of a car stalling out or significantly loosing power. The turbos were essentially not designed properly and were hearing strange noises and a delay in the turbos. BMW addressed this issue by sending out a new tune for the car that was installed during a routine maintenance visit. The end result of this tune is that the turbos are now tuned down and are not performing at full capacity. The owners of the cars were never told that the car was going to be “down tuned” when they had the upgraded software installed. So if you own a N54 engine and has a recent software upgrade from BMW, you are no longer putting down the 300 hp that you thought you were.

In laymans terms , the 335i turbo's are going to blow/brake after a good few thousand miles this isn't so bad if your just driving your car out the showroom but to the second hand buyer if the turbo's go were talking £4000+ job. Google it and do your own homework.

Now for the good bit

None of these issues are going to happen on this 335i !!!!

I had a conversiation one night at the pub with a two friends of mine one owning a 2008 BMW 335D and the other a 2011 BMW M3. They were both banging on about how quick there cars were, so a challenge was layed down I then set about trying to find the car to do so , hence we arrive at the 335i.

*** The car was bought BMW 335i SE £11000 (30/11/2011)

*** Take the car to BMW and get the whole turbo charging system replaced 2 week job the labour alone was £1975 (06/12/2011)

*** Take out the BMW factory recirculation system which doesnt help the turbo's what so ever and fit a synapse B.O.V (dump valve) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1-LYUL9eXrQ

The end result 

This car's performance is phenominal , it will do 0-60 in under 5 seconds you will see the photo's above. Truly accurate as its done by a tool that plugs into the OBD the slower time's posted are that of the tuned 335D. I will be including this tool in the sale , it can be also used for diagnostics.
