BMW 318I CONVERTIBLE For Sale

months old has been garaged all this time and has a full BMW service history up until November last year. It was taken off the road shortly after this when it develpoed a roof problem. This has now been sorted by replacing a faulty cover flap motor. It has only done 500 miles since its last MOT last June and has just passed first time on the 9th May giving it 13 mths test. It has 4 new tyres on it (reciept available for £316) and a new battery which has a 3 year warranty. The ABS pump and control module was replaced in late 2009 (£592.25) It has all new shockers and springs . The roof is generally in good order it needs a clean but at the moment is parked under trees so i have not done it. The rear window has a small split in it which has a waterproof repair. The interior is clean and tidy with no rips or tears all the electrics work ok including the radio. It is taxed for 6 months at the moment as i am still using it but unless it reaches a sensible amount i will NOT be including it unless it is paid for seperatley. (Its worth £120) I will accept £100 unless the car goes past an agreed amount in which case it will be free. (contact me for further details.) The body work is sound although the paintwork has bubbled in a few areas as shown in the photos and there are a couple of minor scratches here and there. Two of the alloys are tatty with the alloy paint having peeled 2 are okay . owner and has been a great car to her!!! reason we are selling is we have upgraded to a family size bmw an x5! it comes factory with the m tec kit including the front, rear bumpers the side skirts, door mouldings, m logo steering wheel and gear knob, this car has climate control a/c a 6 disk cd changer in the boot, black leather and a full power hood ! roof is in great nick, just had a new rear screen 5 months ago it has a bmw thatcham cat 1 alarm and spare keys , all the mots for the car are present, some history, has been serviced at hampshire cars bmw and reading bmw regularly but cant prove this as she lost the stamp book (gutted) last mot was advised on a ball joint, but we had this done anyway! last year had a new water pump and thermostat as was a little leak on the housing, ill be honest as possible for the bad points, the air bag light is on, the fault code is the passenger seat mat, easy repair with a box on ebay for 12 quid! we had it done in 07 at bmw and had a bill for 790quid! drivers side window gets a little stuck some times but with a little help closes every time! power hood all works but again needs a little push sometimes as a bit sticky! Since owning the car I`ve done the following: new brakes all round, new front wishbones/bushes, drop link bushes, front shock absorbers, full digital alignment Goodridge stainless brake hoses all round, rear trailing arm bushes (polyurethane), `Angel` eye headlights fitted. | The rear screen is also new. | It`s also recently had a full Inspection 2 service - oil filter, synthetic oil, air & pollen filters, wipers etc etc The car has dual zone climate control (the unit works properly!), adjustable steering wheel with airbag etc. The leather as you will see is immaculate, like new even, and overall the condition is excellent - I wouldn`t describe it as mint because I`m very fussy, others might do. It has the odd mark on it and the paint appears to be 100% original. | It has approx 93000 miles with a full service history and is MoT`d until September although has only done approx 40 miles since the last one (second car) and there weren`t any advisories. It`s currently on SORN at present. | I`m not aware of any faults other than the exhaust tailpipe isn`t too pretty (the system/back box is ok) and you`d be hard pushed to find a better example.
