years and (aside from the turbo going at around 107k) it`s been four years of trouble-free motoring. There are currently no clunks, rattles bangs or groans; this is a cracking, solid car.As stated above the car had a brand new turbo fitted at around 107k miles which is apparently a reasonably common fault with this model, so one less thing to worry about.The car was last serviced and MOT`d in January of this year and is mechanically excellent with the bodywork in great condition.The only fault that I am aware of on the car is that the rear wash/wipe has stopped working recently, though this could be something as simple as a fuse. If I had the time or the inclination, I`d get it fixed but a recent new arrival means time is pressing.The car is sold as seen although I have every confidence in its condition and mechanical integrity.Low starting price and no reserve so possible bargain. that is economical to own and fabulous to drive. This is our second 320D Touring and we have had it for just over two years. They are beautifully built cars that are a joy to drive, especially if you enjoy a bit of speed and are lucky enough to have some good roads around you! The car has had just one keeper before us. The V5 says 2 former keepers because the garage we bought it off managed to record a change of owner when they tax it for us as part of the purchase deal! (DP Automotive at East Heckington) I am not going to drone on about all it`s spec` and equipment, there are plenty of web sites that will tell you all about the BMW 320D ES As far as I am aware the only optional extras on this car are the M series steering wheel and gear knob. Both fitted from new. The full BMW toolkit roll is still in the boot and the rechargeable torch is in the glove box. First aid kit from under passenger seat is missing or removed because of being out of date by now ? We have two keys plus a plastic one, all handbooks and keyrings Mileage on the car is 106500 and the service book shows it`s service record with the dates and miles of when services were carried out as below: Delivery check - Sept 05, 23029 Mar 07, 46562 Sept 08 and 64153 Aug 09 by BMW before we purchased the car. Then 85901 Dec 10 by us. This was a big service including oils, fuel and air filters, pre filter, crank case breather and pollen filter. Since then it has had another oil and filter change in Oct 11 when the MOT was last done. It was not due but I had it done at half distance between official intervals on recommendation. Please come and see the car if you can. Those not near enough can take my pictures as a very genuine indication of it`s condition. I am sure I am right to say this one is better than the average although at 7 years old it has not escaped without a little wear and tare, stone chips etc. The only real notably damaged is a front nearside bumper scratch, this has been rather amateurishly touched in but a pro` could have it back as new in no time. Please see photo 12. No other faults that I know of. The car has TAX (August) and MOT (October) and is still in daily use so I can take anyone out for a run who wishes. If you want to drive I would like to see insurance please. Tyres and Alloys are all good, Two Bridgestone’s on the back have been put on by us, spare is a steel space saver.
